Why did I write this book specifically?

I used to experience a lot of anxiety over the years, which manifested in various forms. Through deep reflection, I realized that this struggle was ultimately for my greater good, and by overcoming it, I could help others. Stepping back from my life, I identified several strategies that helped me eliminate anxiety. I designed the pages to create a fun environment for the reader while addressing sometimes challenging topics.
